This weekend BiBi The Wonderfish was involved in the making of the video for The God Damn Disaster's new song, Go! Go! Rebel Boy. Directed by the film-maker Aaron Shrimpton, who also directed Astranauts by YILA Ft. Scroobius Pip, the video was filmed in stylish black and white, at a very rock'n'roll style studios in Camden, London. Click here to watch the video!

Futuristic art and fashion magazine L_A_N published its 2nd issue this week and celebrated in style with a launch party at The Wapping Project. Launched by Veronica So, the magazine is so exclusive that only 1 copy is made available to buy every 24 hours! Full of intriguing and inspiring images on its oversized A3 pages, it features articles about fashion, art, technology and geeky pop futurism. It's already been named Dazed and Confused's 'Zine of the Month'!

BiBi the Wonderfish joined the party crowd at The Wapping Project, a converted hydraulic power station in East London, now a cool venue hosting creative events. It's decorated with art installations and dimly lit with lots of atmospheric candles - there is even a supercute little bookshop by the entrance!

BiBi The Wonderfish was on hand yesterday helping out and getting all the backstage gossip at the Art Against Knives charity fashion event at Spitalfields. The fashion show, held on a catwalk with a double-decker London bus as a backdrop, was presented by celebrity drag queen Jimmy Woo. The charity, whose followers include artists such as Tracy Emin, addresses the problem of knife crime through art and other creative methods. Sequin party dresses and some stunning sparkly accessories were provided by Chica Boutique, with all make-up by Benefit. As well as great entertainment and prizes, guests were also treated to free mojitos and goody bags!

Leighton Meester wears Ligne de Soie's Chinois Kimono, with her usual flair for sophisticated fashion, in episode 3, The Undergraduates. Ligne de Soie's "luxury that travels" robes also look incredibly chic thrown over a swimsuit, as shown at the Moda fashion event this August, when teamed with a BiBi The Wonderfish limited edition colour Pacific Blackdragon. This year's host Zac Effron, was joined by other celebs and film-fanatics, all on the island to enjoy the open-air night screenings that the festival has to offer - here's a link for the full list of films. Watching these films at the Celestial Cinema held on the Wailea golf course's lawn, where the giant screen is set up beneath the twinkling Hawaiian night sky, has surely got to be the best way to experience them! Seahorses: The real "Wonderfiish"

Although often thought of as just mythical creatures, Seahorses really do exist!!! We found these tiny animals among the mangroves on the Belizian island of Kaye Caulker - they use their tails to cling onto the plants (which is why it doesn't hurt them to hold them by their tails in the photo above) and these romantic creatures also use their tails to "hold hands" and dance with one another during seahorse courtship. However, unlike people, it's actually the males that get pregnant and give birth too!

These seahorses looked so magical gliding through the water, they truly are Wonderfish!

Just like Madonna, "I fell in love with San Pedro..." when visiting the island she sings about in her 1980s summer classic La Isla Bonita. Why? Because they have a BIKINI BAR!!! A very exciting little beach bar, right on the sea front, where you can perch on wooden swings & sip on fresh juicy cocktails (as long as they've remembered to stock up on ingredients - they're very "laid back") while watching the world go by.

BiBi The Wonderfish has just held their latest photoshoot on location in beautiful Hawaii!!! The underwater shoot was submerged under the exotic waters just off Oahu, with curious sea turtles coming nearby to have a look at the action, and a mother and baby humpback whale in the distance (we could even hear their call underwater during the shoot... magical!). A selection of photos will be up on the blog asap. A big "mahalo" thank you to Captain Greg and the scuba crew for collaborating with us on this exciting underwater project :)

Crazy weather has hit Sydney - it has jumped from sunny paradise to heavy rain storms. This unfortunately means that BiBi The Wonderfish's promotional soiree and catwalk show, scheduled to be held at the Bresford Hotel's open-air garden bar on Saturday, has had to be cancelled due to the adverse weather conditions. Check back for more news on our next fashion show in a new location.

They broadcast Bondi FM live from a glass box in the corner of the cafe. The only cafe with free wi-fi at the beach, it's Bondi's coolest new secret hang-out spot. Fact.

Tune in to BBC Radio 4 tomorrow at 12 midday, to catch my interview for their special feature about environmentally friendly & ethical fashion. I'll be representing Earth Positive apparel, chatting about organic cotton and reducing CO2 emissions in fashion production. There will be snippets of our design meeting on air too!

Earth Positive apparel also picked up a couple of awards earlier this year for their eco initiatives in fashion - here's me backstage after collecting one of the awards presented by Myleene Klass (you can't see it in this photo but Mylene's dress had a gorgeous turquoise colour lining). Keep an eye open for BiBi The Wonderfish's new range of eco-chic beachwear on it's way in 2010.

Red or Dead's very pink pop-up shop popped up just off Carnaby Street this weekend with an Alice in Wonderland theme and live mini gig by Robots in Disguise , which included their next single Wake Up. The RID girls have also just brought out a lipstick with Barry M in "Robot Blue" colour, which will be featured in their new video - it's the perfect shade to match our Blue-Dashed Rockskipper bikini!

As well as awesome acoustic-electro music, the shop was filled with lots of cute accessories, cookies, a funky wall-papered bike and a bar in the corner, as well as goody bags all round!

BiBi The Wonderfish recently teamed up with Annabel's Cupcakes for their 'Cupcakes & Glamour' photoshoot, in a cute little studio in Bow, London. We managed to munch our way through several deliciously colourful cupcakes in the company of other cake-lovers, including the people behind the Moonbase Club nights, a real life Snow White and an assortment of retro-clad individuals.
Big thanks to Annabel and friends for a tasty afternoon!
